Raised in Canute and graduated from Canute High School in 1970 . Married Linda Chervenka in June 1971 . Raised two children, Jared Andresen and Jill Andresen Cowan .
Served on Elk City School Board for 5 years . Worked for Public Service Co of Oklahoma for 35 years and Western Oklahoma Insurance for almost 15 years after retirement from PSO .
