City of Elk City encourages customers to make water bill payments online and by phone (can be done with check or bank card) during this time of social distancing.  Lobby and drive thru hours are Mon. thru Fri. 8 AM to 5 PM.

The Permits and Inspections department issues building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing permits.  This department also handles city license and inspections are performed during various stages of constructions. The City of Elk City operates under 2015 ICC codes and 2014 NEC Code.
