Animal Control & Shelter

The City of Elk City works hand in hand with the Elk City Animal Welfare Society to operate the animal shelter located on south Main Street. Kacy Hall, animal shelter office manager, is right at home tending to all the animals that come to the shelter. Her love of animals keeps her working hard as she tries to adopt every animal.

Forrest Potter and Cherri Wallace, animal control officers, are responsible for enforcement of city ordinances pertaining to animals.
