Attracting industry to Elk City has always been something that City Leaders have encouraged. At this time Elk City has three Certified Industrial Parks. Having the parks registered as “Certified” is a great benefit to incoming industry in regards to tax credits and financing.
Elk City has the ability to attract a wide range of industry to the area with three parks. Timber Creek is the smallest park with approximately 15 acres. The City has 40 acres next to the airport that is ready for development and the largest park is on the east side of town containing 162 acres. All three parks have easy access to Interstate 40, State Highways 6, 34, 152 and U.S. Highway 66.
